• A collaborative, mission-driven team What You'll Do Coordinate Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) services for children on your caseload Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Partner with a Teacher/Home Visitor to lead a therapeutic early childhood classroom Conduct developmental assessments and support eligibility evaluations Create and implement behavior, sensory, social-emotional, and developmental interventions Conduct monthly home visits with families and provide ongoing support Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, school districts, and community partners Support children transitioning to preschool and kindergarten programs Promote inclusive practices for children with and without developmental delays Maintain documentation, reports, and service coordination records in compliance with state and federal requirements You'll Be a

Are fluent in Spanish and English Are passionate about helping young children and families succeed Enjoy building meaningful relationships with families from diverse backgrounds Understand the importance of early intervention and inclusive education Thrive in both classroom and family-centered settings Balance independence with collaboration and teamwork Are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating multiple responsibilities Approach children and families with patience, empathy, and a strengths-based mindset Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education or a related field Fluency in Spanish and English TSPC licensure or ability to obtain EI/ECSE authorization in Oregon within one year of hire Oregon Step Registry Level 9 or higher, or ability to achieve Step 9 within two years of hire Experience working in an early childhood setting Knowledge of early intervention and early childhood special education practices, regulations, and service coordination requirements Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to effectively support children with a range of developmental needs Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel to homes and community locations Current Pediatric First Aid/CPR and Food Handler's cards Preferred Experience and knowledge of Hispanic/Latino/a/x families and cultures Master's degree in Early Intervention or Early Childhood Special Education Experience conducting developmental assessments and creating intervention plans Experience providing consultation in Early Intervention or Early Childhood settings Experience supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges Experience as a lead teacher in an early childhood program Experience providing home visiting services to families Ready to Make a Difference?
