In this role, you'll design engaging, age-appropriate activities, support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You'll partner closely with families, communicate daily about children's progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with developmental goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Communicate daily with families about children's progress and needs. Observe and document children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and activities. Follow all licensing regulations, health, and safety policies. Support an inclusive, nurturing, and respectful classroom culture. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
