Full-Time Preschool Teacher (Immediate Start) At out center location we are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and reliable teacher to join our team. If you have a passion for early childhood education and love helping little ones grow, we'd love to meet you. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Completion of OCC‑approved Safe Sleep training Completion of at least 2 hours of Oregon-specific child abuse and neglect training within 30 days of hire Current First Aid and CPR certification with hands-on training (online-only courses not accepted) Current Oregon food handler certification (ORS 624.570) Willingness to complete at least 15 hours of annual childcare-related training, including a minimum of 8 hours in child development or early learning. A genuine love for working with children Creativity is a plus, though not required Job Responsibilities Provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment that supports children's self-esteem, confidence, and independence Change diapers every two hours or as needed Prepare meals and snacks following USDA food guidelines Create and implement weekly and monthly lesson plans Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and engagement Build positive, honest, and supportive relationships with children and their families Foster kindness, sharing, and positive social skills through play, guidance, and meaningful interactions Show up each day ready to love, teach, and support the children in your care

Pay:

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
