Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required or obtainable upon hire. Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety regulations is essential.
