And yes — after training, you can bring your dog to work. What You'll Do As a Front Desk Team Member, you set the tone for every pet parent interaction. You'll blend customer service, sales, and operational support to ensure every guest — human and canine — has an exceptional experience. Customer Experience & Sales Greet every pet parent and pup with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism Guide new customers through our services, packages, and membership options Use sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled Meet & Greets and ongoing daycare clients Maintain high standards of communication across phone, email, and in‑person interactions Support efforts to achieve strong customer reviews and retention CRM & Administrative Responsibilities Use our CRM system to manage customer profiles, reservations, and follow‑ups Create and maintain accurate pet parent charts and documentation Perform data entry with strong attention to detail Safety, Cleanliness & Team Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment Support Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards Collaborate with canine coaches and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations Live out our Dogtopia values: LOVE life like a dog STAY loyal to our pack CHASE the highest safety standards PLAY to your fullest potential TREAT every day like it's the Most Exciting Day Ever What We're Looking For Previous sales experience (retail, service, hospitality, or membership‑based sales preferred) Experience using a CRM system or similar customer‑tracking software Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, outgoing personality Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfort working around dogs of all sizes and energy levels Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset What We Offer Bring your dog to work (after training) Fun, upbeat, team‑oriented culture Education in basic dog behavior and handling Additional training and certification programs A workplace where every day truly feels like the
