The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. These roles involve implementing engaging lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development in children ages 3 to 5 years old. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including physical education, math, and social skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and educational needs. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across different subjects. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Assist in preparing and serving meals to children in collaboration with other teachers. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in childhood education. Requirements Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience working in daycare or preschool settings is a must. Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with positive educational philosophies is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Commitment to child welfare and creating an enriching learning environment for all students. Able to pass a background check.
