Preschool Teacher

Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on our Link to Learning curriculum. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and daily activities to ensure a safe and organized learning space. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral concerns, and progress updates clearly and professionally. Support children's social-emotional welfare by promoting respectful interactions, conflict resolution skills, and emotional regulation techniques. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement among young learners. Proven ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers requiring specialized care or support. Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers effectively. Previous experience in private schools or daycare centers is preferred; Montessori or similar educational training is a plus. Pay:
