KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Hillsboro KinderCare center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. As a teacher, you will design and lead age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support every child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You'll partner closely with families, maintain high standards of health and safety, and collaborate with a supportive, diverse team that values growth, inclusion, and professional development, offering clear opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Monitor children's development and document observations and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the classroom. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events. Support inclusion and positive behavior guidance for all children. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
