• WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO

• Run an inspiring, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children
• Partner well with co-teacher in running an efficient and harmonious classroom
• Help children with their nutrition and hygiene needs
• Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Conduct parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations
• Provide supervision and daily functions for the class following the Kiddie Academy policies and Oregon state guidelines

• Physical ability to work with children at eye level and/or lift them as necessary
• Well organized and planned for running classroom well with a co-teacher
