New Foundations Preschool is currently hiring for a creative, loving, energetic Teacher to join our preschool family! New Foundations is a State Certified Facility located in the heart off Wilsonville, OR. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with children, love thinking outside of the box, and are looking for a school where they can plant their roots. We pride ourselves on our low teacher/child ratios, which allows for more one-on one time with each child. We are currently hiring for:

-1 Preschool teacher(part time) we are also open to an Aide depending on availability . Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm. must be flexible to work between these hours. All major holidays are off and two in-service days each year.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the health and safety of the children implement a variety of activities throughout the day both structured and unstructured Maintain communication with parents throughout the day regarding their child's day. Support children in their emotional and intellectual growth Use state education standards to guide lesson planning Maintaining a clean and organized environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age Associate's degree preferred 1 year experience within a certified Child Care Facility Enrolled in the Central Oregon Background Registry Mandatory Abuse and Neglect and Development training (within 1 month of hire date) CPR/First Aid/AED certification required ( within 1 month of hire date) Food Handlers certificate (within 1 month of hire date) Proven record of effective communication and ethical professional decision-making

Reliable Transportation Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
