This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact on young learners during their early developmental years. As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping a positive and engaging classroom experience for children ages 3-4. You will design and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. We are looking for someone who brings both structure and creativity; someone who can build a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment while partnering with fellow educators and families to support each child's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment Monitor and support children's developmental progress Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall learning experience Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Schedule:
