This role is responsible for creating a structured yet engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Support children's social-emotional growth and model positive behavior guidance strategies Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood development principles Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding children's progress and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with licensing and company standards Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in care and instruction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Required) Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting (Required) Strong classroom management and communication skills Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
