Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Supervisor (must have 2 years' experience in childcare) additionally we are looking for an Aide to join our team. Looking for a high energy, creative team member to work with mulitiple age groups.

Duties:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions
• Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or related field
• Knowledge of infant care, special education, or early childhood development is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• First aid and CPR certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with daycare or classroom settings is a plus Wages will commiserate with experience.
