- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using positive behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns ```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, such as babysitting or daycare
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, and young children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
