Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their growth and development through engaging activities and attentive care. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about each child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively in emergencies Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and environment to meet individual requirements Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and playtime with patience and consistency Document developmental milestones and daily observations to track each child's growth trajectory Experience Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare centers, preschools, or similar childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices is essential Experience with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare is required Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or related health & safety training is necessary Background in special education or experience working with children with disabilities is a valuable asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children in a professional manner Join us as an Infant Teacher to nurture the earliest stages of childhood development while building rewarding relationships with families.
