Organizes activities and uses play or games to help children learn; develops schedules and routines for children that include exercise and rest. Cultivating a sensitive, patient early learning environment for both children and families. Planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered. Supervising each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment. Upholding all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare. Maintaining a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
