Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Worker to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and play Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or welfare Provide first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, responding promptly to minor injuries or health issues Support children with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other basic caregiving needs Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific behavior management techniques. Strong classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and social interactions among children Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Familiarity with daycare center policies, mandated reporting laws, and health & safety regulations Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child can thrive!
