Job Description
Key Qualifications to Look For Education & Certification Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field CPR and First Aid certification Familiarity with state licensing requirements Experience At least 1-2 years working with children (6 months-8 months) Knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices Skills & Traits Patience and nurturing attitude Strong communication with both children and parents Classroom management and organization Creativity with planning activities and routines Ability to handle diapering, feeding, and naptime routines
