Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement. Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on early childhood development principles and classroom management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration. Communicate with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns in a clear and positive manner. Follow mandated reporting laws to promptly report any signs of neglect or abuse in accordance with legal requirements. Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care as needed to support the well-being of all children. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings. Knowledge of childhood development stages and effective child supervision techniques. Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, colleagues, and children alike. Ability to follow health & safety protocols diligently while maintaining a lively and supportive atmosphere.
