Job Description
Do you love working with children and want to make a meaningful difference? We are seeking a responsible, nurturing, and experienced teacher for immediate hire. At GraceWay Children Academy (GCA), we provide a faith-based learning environment that promotes positive behavior, good manners, and strong foundational life skills. Key Responsibilities Meet the individual needs of each child in your care Support children in reaching developmental milestones Provide engaging tools and resources for learning and play Maintain consistent, active supervision at all times Communicate professionally with parents and team members Participate in teacher in-service training days Design classroom environments that support developmental goals Foster play, exploration, and learning through active engagement Create and implement lesson plans aligned with PA Early Learning Standards Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing toys and play areas What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and education Generous childcare discounts Paid holidays after 90 days Paid training and clearance renewals Paid time off after 1 year 401(k) and employee wellness benefits Paid planning time State-of-the-art facilities Monthly classroom budgets Opportunities for community outreach Job Requirements High school diploma (Early Childhood Education preferred) Minimum of 2,500 hours of verifiable experience working with children (preferred) Required clearances: FBI Fingerprint Clearance PA State Police Criminal Record Clearance PA Child Abuse Clearance NSOR Clearance Recent health assessment and current TB test This is a full-time position.
