Job Description
Duties:
- Cook for children
- Must have childcare experience
- Be able to open and close as needed
- Provide administrative support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Update and Maintain files
- Coordinate with the Director to complete office related tasks.
- Send out notes to the families
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing and proofreading documents
- Previous experience in childcare is an advantage This position requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can effectively support the office staff in various administrative tasks.
