Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool and Toddler Teacher to join our team with degree in realted field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and education in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool and Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth, development, and learning. You will implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment for all students. Communicate effectively with children to encourage their participation and expression. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas including literacy, social skills, and emotional development. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Provide individualized support to children with special needs or different learning styles. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with literacy education techniques and lesson planning strategies. Experience in special education is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. A background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable.
