Basic Requirements:

What you'll do As an early childhood teacher, you will help to create a safe space where children can explore and learn with hands-on activities. Day to day you'll: Assist with implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum (we use Funnydaffer) Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and growth Maintain a safe and clean classroom, adhering to health and safety guidelines Attend training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education What you need to thrive in this role A love for working with children, flexibility to assist where needed, and a willingness to learn.

Additional needs include:

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of childcare experience Skills required: A positive attitude, patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children are a must! Additionally, excellent communication skills with both children and adults, a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, organizational skills, cleanliness, and attention to detail Physical requirements: Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs., kneel, move, and exercise with the children, stand for long periods, and pass a health screening

We are open Monday-Friday (except major holidays) from 6:30am-6:00pm. Currently, we have hours available from 8:30am-5:30pm (with a 1hr lunch).
