) Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and attend required meetings and trainings Follow all supervision, safety, and mandated reporter policies What You'll Bring Minimum age 18 Associate's Degree with 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or related field 3 years (3,750 hours) documented experience working with children CPR/AED and Pediatric First Aid (or ability to obtain within 15 days) Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to professional growth and working with diverse populations Physical Requirements Ability to lift 15-50 pounds Ability to actively supervise children and respond to safety needs Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to the activity.
