Job Description
Daycare Teacher Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
- Ensure the daycare is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
Skills:
- Strong understanding of child welfare and development
- Ability to create and implement engaging and educational lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
