Job Description

Daycare Teacher Duties:
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
  • Ensure the daycare is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of child welfare and development
  • Ability to create and implement engaging and educational lesson plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
