Job Description

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and educational development
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing individualized support as needed
  • Utilize various teaching methods and materials to engage children in learning activities
  • Plan and organize field trips and special events for the preschool program
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Experience in curriculum development, including math concepts for preschoolers
