• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
• Teach basic math and literacy skills through interactive lessons and play
• Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Proficiency in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
