Job Overview Build Young Minds. Lead with Purpose. Millie's Creative Learning Center is seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing Lead Teacher to join our growing team. If you love creating engaging learning experiences, building positive relationships with families, and helping children thrive, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Supervise and guide assistant teachers Build strong relationships with families Complete daily observations and classroom documentation Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania childcare regulations Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Qualifications Previous childcare or preschool experience required CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred Excellent classroom management Reliable attendance Professional communication skills Passion for working with young children Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid professional development Supportive leadership team Opportunities for advancement Positive team environment
Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
