Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience and proficiency in all aspects of handling dental insurance and billing. The ability to handle records, scheduling, and patient inquiries will be essential. We are a small one dentist practice. Hours are Monday 8 am
  • 4 pm, Tuesday 8 am
  • 6 pm, Wednesday 8 am
  • 5:30 pm, Thursday 8 am
  • 6 pm and Friday 8 am
  • 1:30 pm.
Hourly rate is based on experience and skill level and is negotiable upon interview. Job Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries. Schedule patient appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft. Verify insurance information and insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform dental billing and coding tasks. Review care plans and assist with patient intake processes. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and maintaining office organization. Collaborate with clinical providers to ensure seamless patient service. Job Qualifications Previous experience as a dental office administrator Health information management is essential Knowledge with Eaglesoft Strong organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required Ability to work effectively while managing multiple tasks Experience with dental terminology
