The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to supporting the development of each child's unique potential. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical education, childhood development, and early intervention strategies. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and ensure the well-being of each child. Assess children's progress and adapt curriculum as needed to meet individual learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development to enhance educational programs. Provide tutoring support for children requiring additional assistance in their learning journey. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavior. Experience A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with curriculum development and early intervention techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and fellow educators. Previous experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to students is a plus.
