Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development Support classroom management by supervising children during activities, transitions, meals, and outdoor play Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring safety and well-being at all times Help prepare materials and set up learning spaces to facilitate engaging lessons and activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates, concerns, or questions about their child's progress Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Adapt quickly to different classrooms and age groups to meet the needs of each group of children

Qualifications:

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• CDA, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary education or related Human Services field OR

• Two or more years of previous childcare or teaching experience

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
