Responsibilities and Duties:
Implement the CDC-selected curriculum, including Creative Curriculum, to support children's learning and development. Foster a classroom environment with consistent, high-quality verbal interaction and engagement with children throughout the day. Maintain an effective level of high-quality verbal engagement all day with the children. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure positive, consistent interactions and classroom practices. Prepare and submit weekly lesson plans to the Center Director with all required components. Apply CLASS-based practices to ensure superior interactions, particularly for Instructional Support. Be responsible for reporting developmental and behavioral concerns to the Center Director Supervise children in the classroom at all times. Observe and document children's developmental progress and maintain accurate child assessments. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and classroom experiences.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education or elementary education
Physical Requirements:
