Preschool Teacher As a Preschool Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth Qualifications Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for nurturing and educating young children 2-year degree in early childhood or related field preferred At Primrose we believe that who children are is just as important as who they become.
