PLEASE NOTE

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare classroom setting to be considered for this position. What You'll Do As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, fun, and engaging environment for our toddlers.

Responsibilities include:

Providing attentive and loving care to the children in your classroom Assisting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Engaging children in age-appropriate play, art, music, stories, sensory activities, and learning experiences Helping children develop social skills, independence, and positive classroom behaviors Assisting with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and handwashing Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Following all supervision, health, safety, and center procedures Communicating professionally with parents, coworkers, and administration Working as part of a team to make each child's day positive and enjoyable What We're Looking For At least 18 years of age — required Minimum 2 years of childcare classroom experience — required Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Patient, energetic, caring, and positive Comfortable working as part of a teaching team Able to communicate professionally with families and coworkers Must be able to obtain/maintain all required childcare clearances and documentation Why Join Us?
