Pay:

$17.00-$21.00/hour based on experience and credentials (CDA, ECE coursework, or degree will move you toward the top of the range). What You'll Do As a Lead Teacher in our infant or young toddler room, you'll have your own classroom and a genuine impact on children during the most critical window of development.

Your day-to-day will include:

Planning and teaching play-based, developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 2-18 months Tracking milestones and conducting ongoing developmental assessments Building real relationships with families through consistent, warm communication Mentoring and guiding your assistant teacher Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom that meets PA licensing and Keystone STARS standards What We're Looking For You don't need a degree to apply — but you do need genuine experience with young children in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting.

Required:
