Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their growth and development through engaging educational activities. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to manage diverse classroom behaviors effectively.

• Starting pay for this position will be dependent upon education and years of experience.

Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and any concerns. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. No CDA? No problem. We will pay for the entire process.
• Proven experience working with infant and toddler aged children in a classroom or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents and colleagues.
