  • Full-time About us Hearts 'n Hands Childcare is a Christian childcare and preschool located in Hatboro, PA looking for caring, creative, and enthusiastic teachers to join our team!
Duties:
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Lead and supervise classroom activities, ensuring engagement and participation from all students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, upcoming events, and any concerns
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred (Associates with experience will be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
