Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the individual needs of each child in the classroom. Duties Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional well-being.
Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices. Requirements PreK-4 PA teaching certificate or N-K PA teaching certificate
Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
Knowledge of special education practices and behavior management techniques.
Proficiency in childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
