Job Description
We are seeking a caring and dedicated lead teacher/assistant director to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of young individuals in a caring and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist overseeing daily activities and operations within the childcare facility
- Support in creating and maintaining a safe, happy, and engaging environment for children
- Collaborate with other teachers to implement educational programs and activities
- Provide support in managing student behavior and implementing effective behavior management strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- Familiarity with early childhood education practices and curriculum development
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and other teachers
