Experience working with children in some capacity (babysitting, child care, camp counselor, Sunday school, etc.) required. Lead and collaborate with classroom support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Maintain accurate classroom records, lesson plans, and required documentation. Follow all PA DHS regulations, center policies, and Keystone STARS quality standards. Model positive guidance, professionalism, teamwork, and a love of early childhood education. Participate in professional development and contribute to continuous classroom quality improvement.
