Job Description

Assistant Group Supervisor for infant room in our new company Daycare. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Infant Room Assistant Group Supervisor to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants and be committed for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children birth through 12 months. The infant supervisor will be responsible for the daily care, supervision, and development of the infants in accordance with Pennsylvania's child are regulations and our centers policies. Qualifications Must meet Pennsylvania Department of Human Resources A high school diploma and 15 credit hours from an accredited college in early childhood education, child development or special education and 1 year experience working with infants in a childcare setting. Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED certificate or willingness to obtain. Ability to successfully complete required Pennsylvania child-abuse and criminal background clearances. Completion of required Pennsylvania child are health and safety training. Ability to safely lift, carry, and care for infants Strong communication, organization, patience, and teamwork skills.
