Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a childcare center or working with children and be familiar with State & STARS requirements. Additionally, you should be comfortable working both alone in a classroom with children AND alongside a cooperating teacher. This position would be for the 2026-2027 school year (starting August 24th) however onboarding, training, and shadowing would begin mid-July. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and growth
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured learning environment
- Follow state & STARS requirements
- Work collaboratively with other teachers / co-workers Requirements
- Previous experience working with children
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively
- Ability to provide childcare care with patience and understanding
- Be a team player!
Associates / Bachelors
in ECE is a plus!!Job Type:
