In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting children's developmental needs, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive growth experiences. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure safety and engagement. Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Assist with basic personal care routines such as diapering, dressing, feeding, and hygiene support. Monitor children's behavior positively and address conflicts or issues with patience and professionalism. Support children's emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and attentive listening. Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, private homes (babysitting/nannying), or educational programs. High School diploma or higher.
