Overview Join our dedicated team as a Child Care Provider (offering care for children infancy through preschool) and become a vital part of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting children's developmental needs, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive growth experiences. Your energetic and caring approach will help build trusting relationships with families and contribute to a joyful, enriching atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, playtime, meals, naps, and outings to ensure safety and engagement. Execute age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Assist with basic personal care routines such as diapering, dressing, feeding, and hygiene support. Monitor children's behavior positively and address conflicts or issues with patience and professionalism. Support children's emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and attentive listening. Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, private homes (babysitting/nannying), or educational programs. High School diploma or higher.
