Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your passion for working with children will shine through as you create a positive learning space where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to explore. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while collaborating with families and team members to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education. Duties Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and physical education, to support childhood development Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for our preschoolers Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs—including special education and early intervention—and foster strong partnerships Provide guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and child Development Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools when appropriate to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain detailed records of children's progress, attendance, incident reports, and other documentation in compliance with licensing standards Skills Expertise curriculum implementation tailored to early childhood education standards Experience working with preschoolers, Ages 3-5 years Knowledge of early learning strategies, and behavior management techniques Strong classroom management skills to create an organized, engaging learning environment creativity in lesson planning for diverse subjects pertaining to early education communication skills for effective collaboration with families, and staff Familiarity with childhood development benchmarks Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with varying abilities while maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young minds through energetic teaching practices at Happy Apple Learning Center!
