As part of the Amazon DSP network, our Delivery Drivers proudly deliver Amazon packages to customers throughout the community while maintaining a supportive, team-focused culture. As a Delivery Driver , you will wear the Amazon uniform and drive Amazon-branded delivery vans, but you are employed directly by IronWill Logistics LLC — a locally owned company that values hands-on leadership and consistent recognition. Our Drivers are supported daily by leadership that communicates clearly and sets consistent expectations. Delivery Driver Responsibilities Safely operate Amazon-branded delivery vans (Sprinter or Dodge Promaster-style vehicles) Deliver Amazon packages in a safe, timely, and professional manner Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles Complete delivery logs and reports accurately Communicate professionally with customers and fellow Drivers Follow DOT regulations and Amazon safety standards at all times Delivery Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate a delivery van Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active delivery environment Strong reliability and positive attitude At IronWill Logistics LLC, we recognize that our Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operation.
