Pre K Counts Teacher Hours:

This is a 10 month position. M-F, 8:30am-2:30pm . Additional hours are available if desired. Key Responsibilities As a PreK Counts Teacher, you will:

Provide High-Quality Care :

Meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring the highest standards of care and attention.

Develop Lesson Plans :

Create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.

Implement Curriculum :

Deliver Play & Learn's curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.

Team Collaboration :

Support children and families as a collaborative team member.

Ensure Safety and Health :

Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

Promote Nurturing and Learning :

Foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. Create a

Multi-Cultural Environment :

Cultivate a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage Creativity :

Inspire creativity through art, music, and play activities.

Develop Social Skills :

Plan and implement activities that boost self-esteem and social skills. Participate in

Meetings :

Actively engage in staff meetings and professional development sessions. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements: B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education with core in Early Childhood or related field. PA Instructional I Certification in Early Childhood Education. Previous documented experiences with young children.
