Part-Time Childcare Associate Jelly Bellies Facilitator of Fun Part-Time | $18/hour | In-Person | Lancaster, PA Do you love working with kids, creating fun experiences, and being part of a dynamic team? Join us at The Candy Factory as a Jelly Bellies Facilitator of Fun! You'll help support our children's program while creating a whimsical, engaging environment for kids ages 2-10. We're looking for a part-time Facilitator to take care of our coworking members' children, prep our creative space, and help grow our Jelly Bellies childcare program during our busy morning hours! Key Responsibilities As our Jelly Bellies Facilitator of Fun, you will: Handle morning prep and admin tasks to get the space ready for the day. Supervise and engage children in fun activities, reading, and playtime during program blocks. Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for all children in our care. Communicate regularly and warmly with parents and members. Utilize our member communication tools (Slack, member app, and email) to send out monthly Jelly Bellies newsletters, post program updates, and share fun things to do around town in our dedicated Slack channel. We will train on all TCF tools. Meet one-on-one with new families to welcome them and help them get comfortable with our childcare program. Clean up and reset the childcare space at the end of the morning shifts. Requirements Prior experience working with children is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized. Willingness to pass a background check and obtain all required clearances. Friendly, welcoming, and creative spirit!
