Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dedicated person to support the development and well-being of children in our care environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education, experience working with children of various ages, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds. Experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety and engagement Provide basic caregiving duties including feeding, diapering, and hygiene support for infants and toddlers Manage behavior using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Assist with classroom organization and maintain a clean, safe environment Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities Administer first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols at all times Requirements Must have or be able to obtain PA child abuse clearances Certification in first aid and CPR upon hire Online training courses upon hire Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles preferred, but not required Join our team to make a positive impact on children's lives by providing nurturing care and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
