Hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM. Paid time off, paid holidays, great benefits! EOE Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Build relationships with infants and toddlers through positive interactions that promote social, emotional and cognitive development . Assessment of children and maintain child portfolios. Implement PA Early Learning Standards and maintain Keystone STAR 4 high quality initiatives. Recognize, observe and evaluate children's development and implement strategies to enhance child's development through intentional teaching. Attending to children's daily needs including supervision of toileting/diapering, meal times, indoor/outdoor play times, and nap time supervision. Provide an engaging classroom that allows children to explore through experimentation. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of Infant/Toddler CDA or willingness to earn with tuition reimbursement provided. ECE credits/degree preferred. Patient and flexible. Bilingual a plus!
