About us Malvern Academy is a small business in Malvern, PA. We are professional, innovative and our goal is to Add a professional educator to our Team . We are looking for a passionate and experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, degree preferred, and be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, leading activities, and providing guidance to students. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and creativity.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate with parents about their child's progress. Assist in the development of individualized learning plans for each child. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Assist in the implementation of behavior management plans.
